Harmonious Angels

A digital film exploring hyper-self-awareness, the curation of online identities, and whether these identities have manifested themselves offline. In the style of an enhanced run-through of a surrealist maze in which each corner is filled with an experience unlike the last and just as unpredictable as the next. The maze is filled with references to films, moments of culture and memes within the internet, altars, and sims that worship their makers. It is a place in which we ourselves feel surreal and begin to doubt the authenticity of our identity as we worship and the altars of an us we’ve created for the purpose of perception, creating these altars to ourselves and identities through the curation of our internet personas and forming “angelified” versions of us.
