Typical residential areas in Feodosia along the Kerch highway.

Due to mistakes in the construction, part of the highway was built along the shoreline, which led to the formation of artificial reservoirs, adversely affecting the environment.

This project proposes to move the highway further away from the land and design typical eco-friendly residential areas on this territory.

The principle of their existence will be somewhat reminiscent of the New Economic Policy (NEP).

The residents of these areas will be people who will be resettled here through renovation programs, people currently living in hazardous areas, and people with adequate income who will be able to buy an apartment here.

The residential area will be created using land reclamation territory.

Stages of work:
1. Existing lakes will be filled in.
2. Using land reclamation technology, a parking lot will be created, above which a residential area will be located.
3. An overpass will be built at the entrance to the residential area, leading directly to the parking lot.

This environment will be clean and comfortable for humans.Green roofs with gardens will be installed on the roofs of the houses, where residents can relax and enjoy the sun and sea air.

It is also important to note that small rivers will be located along the residential areas, through which water will flow into newly designed environmentally friendly lakes, which will be used for agricultural purposes.

Surrounding the new lakes will be a forest and a recreational area. The houses will be of low to medium height to harmoniously blend into the environment of Feodosia.

Also, it is worth mentioning that in the center of the residential area, there will be a public center where various public events will be held on the first floors, and it will serve as a coworking space. On the lower floors, there will be land-filled territory and a parking lot, further down there will be a laboratory where rejuvenation procedures will take place, and even lower there will be rejuvenation capsules.

Technologies for eternal life will be available to us in the near future. It is important to consider this fact now. This will be a family-oriented place where people can spend more time with their loved ones.

It is worth mentioning about transportation in the near future. Flying cars, buses, and other transportation means will already be available. They will be created using green technologies that will not harm the environment. These transportation vehicles will provide faster and more convenient ways of transportation.

These microdistricts could become attractive tourist destinations, for example, to showcase experimental future technologies. This project will transform Feodosia into a tourist center. One of these districts could be entirely used for hotels. It will also be possible to organize various conferences, forums, and other public events there.

This project will help transform Feodosia and make it a new platform for international gatherings and other events.
